Impound

JETT provides towing for the Flagstaff Police Department, and the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Some tips to help you get your vehicle back as soon as possible are:

• Know your vehicles information

  • Owner’s must be present with a valid photo ID at time of pickup (Power of Attorney Form may be used if owner is unable to come to the impound lot)

  • Vin/Plate number

  • Where/Why vehicle was towed

• Vehicles with a 20 Day Impound Hold must be released from the respective police department before vehicle can be released

Impound Lot Hours of Operation

Monday: 8am - 5pm

Tuesday: 8am - 5pm

Wednesday: 8am - 5pm

Thursday: 8am - 5pm

Friday: 8am - 5pm

Saturday: CLOSED

Sunday: CLOSED

Holidays: CLOSED

After hours gate fee’s will apply to vehicles released outside of impound hours, appointment must be made
